20 july 2009: lunch with beeka.

on monday beeka and i met for lunch at camille's. it had been about a year since we had seen one another and we were slapping our wrists for allowing such a large amount of time to pass between our visits. beeka is one of my friends from the university of tulsa. she and i were both very involved in xa and served on the leadership team together. our lunch ended up lasting about 3 hours! i was updating her on our wedding and she was telling me stories of her sister's soon-to-be new baby boy, her trip to see her in tennessee, her love life, and dreams and goals she has for the future. we always have so much fun and usually have lots to catch up on. we've promised to not allow so much time to pass before we get together again.
